1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic shipments.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, STEM Magnetic Tiles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. These orders will be shipped via USPS only.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@stemmagnetictiles.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 48 hours of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.

9. Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
